I had to return a candle because the glass showed up cracked, which was a bummer because I was ready to light it that night and have one of those cozy evenings where you pretend your laundry doesn’t exist. I emailed customer service and heard back in a couple of days, so not lightning fast, but not bad either. They sent over the return details, and my refund came through about a week later. I’d probably give 5 stars if the first reply had been a little quicker, but overall it was smooth and they took care of it.

I had a good experience ordering from Sand + Fog Home. Everything I picked was actually in the box, the scents were correct, and nothing was missing, which I really appreciated. The only small thing is that I always get a little nervous ordering candles online because other sites have mixed up my items before, so I was kind of bracing myself for an issue. But thankfully, this order was simple, the packaging was fine, and it all showed up just as expected.

I liked this candle when I first lit it because it had that clean, cozy smell I usually go for. But for me, it just didn’t fill the room as much as I hoped. After a little while, I could barely notice the scent unless I was close to it. It’s not a bad candle for the price, but I personally wish it stayed stronger longer.

These candles smell really good without being overwhelming. I can literally light one in the living room and notice it quickly. They last a good while too, so I’m happy with them.

It started tunneling a bit even after I let it go for a few hours, so that was kind of annoying. The wick also got smoky toward the end, and I found myself trimming it more than I usually have to. Not a bad candle at all, just felt a little average for the price.

Their regular prices are fine, not exactly super cheap, but with the sale it felt worth it. Shipping wasn’t too bad, and I liked that the checkout total stayed clear without any weird surprises. I do wish some of the better scents had bigger discounts tho. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and I’d probably buy again, but only when there’s another promo lol.

My order did show up all in one piece, so that part was good. But the box was kind of beat up looking, and the tissue paper inside was all messy like it had just been shoved in there. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but for the price I was expecting the packing to be a little more better.

My order came today and I’m happy with it. Everything was packed really well, and the candle jars were all good—no cracks, no leaks, and the lids weren’t scratched up, which I was weirdly worried about. The box did have a little dent on one corner, so for a second I thought something had to be messed up inside, but nope, totally fine. I guess if the box gets dented and the candles are still okay, that means it was packed right. Overall, I’m happy with the condition it arrived in.

I don’t really have anything to complain about. The delivery came when it was supposed to, and there were no issues at all. Not sure what more people expect, but for me it was perfectly fine.

It burns fine overall, no real issues there. I did notice the texture feels uneven sometimes, like in some spots it’s a bit different than others. Not a huge deal, just something I kept noticing while using it.

The candle smells really nice, which is why I keep trying to make it work, but the wick burns unevenly and gets smoky sometimes. It’s not awful, but for the price it feels a little annoying, like I’m stuck dealing with the same issue every time I light it.

I do like the look of the jars and little vessels, they’re simple and sitting on a shelf. A few of the designs feel a bit bulky tho, and some of the lids don’t sit quite as nicely as I thought they would. Not bad at all, just kinda mixed for me
